This required extensive error fixes and system optimisation to ensure the platform could support large-scale international rollouts. Additionally, the project involved migrating significant volumes of data from their existing regional websites into the new centralised system.

To meet Kumon’s requirements, we allocated a full-time, dedicated team to ensure we met the demanding timelines for each country’s launch.
This team focused on stabilising the system and enhancing functionality, providing continuous support to address urgent issues as they arose. We implemented a structured project planning tool to manage and track the extensive list of bugs and system fixes, enabling us to prioritise and resolve critical issues swiftly.

Content Management System (CMS) Improvements
The CMS needed to be robust and user-friendly to support staff across different regions in managing large quantities of content and user data. We streamlined the CMS interface to simplify content creation and management processes, reducing the time and effort required for staff training. Specific workflows were established to allow efficient localisation and adaptation of content for each region, ensuring that the system could meet diverse market needs without sacrificing functionality or consistency.
