Ongoing Support.
Beyond the initial scope, we have been a constant point of advice and resource to assist the growing team at Sole, and we now consider ourselves an extension of their in-house design and development team and assist on a regular basis with overspill development work and help to bring key user experience concepts into functional design flows.
We were recently tasked with creating new sign up flows and user hooks to improve user retention and member functionality. This involved creating design flows and scenarios to ensure each user’s journey was considered and optimised. We worked alongside the Sole Supplier team to ensure the functionality was achievable and that our ideas were communicated and understand so that they can be developed in the way that was intended.
We are in constant communication with the team at Sole in Dartford through a shared Slack channel for Web dev support, allowing a collaborative environment for our design team and their developers to share ideas and visual assets.
