There are too many business owners that completely overlook the ‘thank you’ page on their website. In fact, many choose not to even have one.
This, of course, is a mistake- but an understandable one. After all, if a user is even seeing a ‘thank you’ page in the first place, then this means they’ve already converted, right? Job done.
You’d be forgiven for placing a strong emphasis on capturing these initial conversions, but the lack of a ‘thank you’ page means you’re really missing a trick here. Yes, you’re bound to be happy with the conversion, but this is a fantastic way of retaining customers and making sure they come back for more.
